This one will be an interesting session because it's something that we don't think about much (and usually not until it's too late). It's one thing to build an awesome app, but then you have to support it. Customer support uses up valuable product development time... there must be a solution.

And that's where Michael de Wildt comes in. He's a developer that has created apps and thought through the process of successfully supporting them.
