    Unhappy CSS on OPTION

    Hey,

    How does one use CSS on the "OPTION" ? I have this :

    <select style="font-family: Verdana; font-size: 8pt; color: #615F4E; background-color: #DBDAD2" size="1" >
    <option value="0">Language</option>

    But I want to add the style into say .option on my CSS, which i did, but did not work.And can't get it to work...

    If you want to style OPTION directly, then don't use a full stop at the start of you declaration, otherwise just define a regular style and apply it as a class:

    .drk { background-color : #CCCCCC; }

    <option value="0" class ="drk">Language</option>

    Ah,

    I was placing <class="drk"> before the "option value". That may be why, thanks, Ill give it a test drive.

    the order in which you write out the attributes of a tag should not make any difference at all...

    Redux, I think n3w era means in a separate tag from the look of things. That'll make a difference.
