    Everything taken to the limit can be harmful. If it is an obsession, then it is a problem. That's true for gaming and for cleaning or for organizing.

    But, in the right measure, gaming does have benefits

    i am not a hardcore player, but i love playing pc games when i am free. i always used to play GTA series and some online games

    Oh yeah, playing games from time to time is a good thing. My favourite games are: Red Alert, Dune 2, Witcher, Fifa, Football Manager. However, after playing them for few hours I get bored. I think it's just my age that stops me from spending too much time on games. There are more important things to do

    I love to play PC games. And my friend use to say these tips as it improves while we play games in pc. Even playing cricket provides good accuracy and builds vision power.

    Playing too much of games makes brain blockage , i read in a news paper that a man played game for non stop 48 hours in some game expo held in CA or somewhere there, he died in two days after that. you can google it out too. i think its there in google. bt not sure of that.
