    There are a series of tags recognized by the different browsers:

    Use these in both the Frameset and the Frame:
    BORDER=0
    FRAMESPACING=0
    FRAMEBORDER=0
    SPACING=0

    Example:

    <FRAMESET COLS="333, *" BORDER=0 FRAMESPACING=0 FRAMEBORDER=0 SPACING=0 >
    <FRAME NAME="Frame 1" SRC="Frame1/Frame1.html" FRAMEBORDER=0 BORDER=0 FRAMESPACING=0 SPACING=0 MARGINWIDTH=0 MARGINHEIGHT=0 SCROLLING=NO NORESIZE>
    <FRAME NAME="Frame 2" SRC="Frame2/Frame2.html" FRAMEBORDER=0 BORDER=0 FRAMESPACING=0 SPACING=0 MARGINWIDTH=0 MARGINHEIGHT=0 SCROLLING=NO NORESIZE>
    </FRAMESET>

    Hope this helps,
