    new to mobile development, how to build navigation

    I'm new to mobile development and need to build out sub navigation.

    I'm guessing there is no hover state like on a desktop browser.

    So, normally on a desktop browser on hover i would change CSS to expose sub navigation.

    Can someone please point me in the right direction to do that on an iPhone?

    My other thought was to apply a class with jQuery when a main nav item is clicked, I can edit styles that way, but does a touch equal a click in the mobile world?

    ok, just found out that 'touch' is equal to 'click'. so I think I'm good. thanks

    I use Zurb Foundation; it already has the navigation built in.
