    Compressing .PDF files

I have started doing a bit of freelance work and a lot of the work is just editing .pdf files and I use photoshop to do it.

Is there a way when I come to save the file that I can compress the file as they end up turning out like 2-3mb without losing the quality of the image?

    If that makes sense.

PDF editor software such as Adobe Acrobat, NitroPDF etc give you the opportunity to specify whether to save the PDF for the web, for printing, or for press. Which of these options you choose will result in the images being compressed by an appropriate amount for that usage while leaving the text in the PDF alone (since that is already as compressed as it can be.
