I have a page which display list of website users.
There is a delete link next to each record which when clicked user record is deleted from database. I want to disable delete icon for some users ids.

In classic ASP I do it something like this:

HTML Code:
if (lngUserId <> 10001) then
  'Show delete link
end if
How do we do it in ASP.Net C#. Consider following example where I want to disable "PostBackUrl" when user id is 10001.

HTML Code:
        <asp:ListView ID="ListView1" runat="server">
            <ItemTemplate>
                <tr>
                    <td align="center"><asp:ImageButton ID="btnDelete" runat="server" CssClass="ImageButton" PostBackUrl='<%#String.Format("~/cpanel/usr_user.aspx?lngUserId={0}", DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "lngUserId")) %>'  ImageUrl='<%#String.Format("~/images/icons/{0}", DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "lngUserId").ToString() == "10001" ? "15x15.gif" : "btn_delete.gif") %>' /></td>
                    <td><%# Eval("txtFName") + " " + Eval("txtLName")%></td>
                </tr>
            </ItemTemplate>
        </asp:ListView>
