I am using the phpMyAdmin program to administer my database. I was trying to edit content inside of a table and my content contained Dan's Bar or "The Best Bar" I have been using addslashes to my forms that I use to populate my database to overhome SQL errors. However, when I update these records, I get sQL errors...Does anyone know how to overcome this in the program phpMyAdmin?

    Any help would be great,

    Thanks,
    Dylan

Try putting \'s in front the the 's and "'s, like this:

    Dan\'s Bar
    \"The Best Bar\"

Or you could always enable magic_quotes_gpc
