Suggestions For A Weather XML Feed?

I currently have InterceptVector's XML weather feed running on my site. It gets the weather info from MSNBC and it has everything I want (current conditions and a 5-day forecast).

However, it seems that the current conditions from MSNBC are delayed 2-3 hours (they get their info from Weather.Com, but I'm hypothesizing that Weather.Com does not want to give them current info and take away hits from their own site).

It feels kinda dorky to have current conditions that are 3 hours behind, though. Any ideas on where to find a free XML feed that is more current? Thanks.

EDIT: Despite what the log says, it looks like the permissions error is still causing problems. No doubt it will be fixed soon.

Intercept Vector is dead and the owner has dropped off the face of the Earth. Pisses me off when people solicit donations to support their work then shut the whole thing down without explanation

No doubt he had astronomical bandwidth charges because the service is so popular, but it is a pain.

I've had a quick look for a substitute service, but haven't found anything so far...

I tried to get a hold of him to offer to pay for all of his BW charges in exchange for use of his service, but no dice.
