there is a distinct lack of a "maybe/depends" option in your questionnaire...for instance, personalisation on a commercial site is only essential if it serves a real purpouse. if it doesn't go beyond having "Hello [YOURNAMEHERE]" type stuff, then it's highly irrelevant...
