How much does it cost mysql?

Hi I have just visited
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/mysql.html
And to my surprise Mysql is not fully free any more. Or have this been the case for a while?

All I use MySql for is to develop sites and then upload them into a server that I guess has everything legal.

Can somebody tell me a bit more about this.

Do I need to but a licence for MySql?

Well, they say you have to buy a lisence:

If you distribute MySQL Software with your non open source software,
If you want warranty from MySQL AB for the MySQL software,
If you want to support MySQL development.

And that's that I suppose... As far as I know, sites aren't considered software, and yeah, I think it has been like this for quite a while...
