    does anyone know what the font used for the logo http://www.infopop.com is? I've seen on loads of sites but I've never found it to buy or download

    Superbird...I can't tell that font from about 50 others that are of that sort. I would try using a Gothic font or some sort of Grotesk.

    One lof my personal favorites in that category is AkzidenzGrotesk. Alternately you could try Univers. I believe that both are Adobe fonts. THose are the names though so you can search for them using that.

    you could always send them email and ask them ever so politely. Most desgigners love to talk about their fonts. It's a fetish with us.

    It's not Verdana, it's a bit too tall. Waah, it's designed by Uber Interactive and they are big and scary...

    It's definitely Verdana. I looked in their source code and found tags like this:

    The logo is an image, so that tag corresponds to the actual text. it does look similar to Verdana though! I suggest you do what has already been mentioned and email them to ask!

    Callie, the web designer from InfoPOP says that the font is called Interstate Regular Compressed.
