    Wrong Book!

    Hi,

My order number is 8313 and I've bought the PHP/MySQL by Kevin Yank, instead what arrived at my door steps was HTML Utopia: Designing without tables using CSS...

I've email you guys many a times and there's no response. Please let me know what should be done to get this right.

hey dont worry, it happened to me too. email SitePoint Book Support and customer service rep will reply to you, they dont work on weekends, so your email should be replied to on monday. I see this is begining to be a problem here, now to my knowledge, two people, including me, got sent the wrong book. what's up with that? only two books to choose from
i suggest you start talking to the dudes who be shipping the books before this happens to more people.

It's a public holiday today in Australia, so you may not get a reply until tomorrow (tuesday).

Hopefully it'll be easy to work out

    Sorry, but.....

I'm sure they'll work it all out with you though, shouldn't be a big deal. In the meantime, learn some CSS!

Hmm... the thing is that... I've emailed them last week and I didn't get any reply from them till now... Do I have to pay for the return of the book? I hope not as this isn't my mistake...

Tom will be in touch with you in a few hours. We had an issue with our warehouse sending out the wrong books to a dozen or so customers. They say they have now fixed the problem. Sorry about the inconvenience.

See, everything is good now. A big problem avoided. I hope it never happens again, a real bummer for those who got sent the wrong book, but sitepoint were such good people for handling this .
