Wrong Book!
Hi,
My order number is 8313 and I've bought the PHP/MySQL by Kevin Yank, instead what arrived at my door steps was HTML Utopia: Designing without tables using CSS...
I've email you guys many a times and there's no response. Please let me know what should be done to get this right.

i suggest you start talking to the dudes who be shipping the books before this happens to more people.

It's a public holiday today in Australia, so you may not get a reply until tomorrow (tuesday).
Hopefully it'll be easy to work out

Sorry, but.....
I'm sure they'll work it all out with you though, shouldn't be a big deal. In the meantime, learn some CSS!Mike
It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me.

Hmm... the thing is that... I've emailed them last week and I didn't get any reply from them till now... Do I have to pay for the return of the book? I hope not as this isn't my mistake...

Tom will be in touch with you in a few hours. We had an issue with our warehouse sending out the wrong books to a dozen or so customers. They say they have now fixed the problem. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Hello Maven,
Thanks very much for contacting us!
I'm very sorry about the mix-up - it appears there was a problem at our fulfillment service. I will ensure that the correct book is sent to you immediately and you will be compensated.

See, everything is good now. A big problem avoided. I hope it never happens again, a real bummer for those who got sent the wrong book, but sitepoint were such good people for handling this
.
