HELP - New to XML

I am new to xml and have a question. I'm trying to put http://xml.newsisfree.com/e/e4/e4870...8642d57281.xml onto my webpage. How do I do this ?

I want it to display on my webpage with just the news headlines. Do I have to use server side includes or something else.
