How do I create the clouds and those faded grids from the website

    Hi,

I was surfing the net in search of great websites and ran across an amazing website called 2advanced studios. They have some amazing looking web graphics and I was wondering if anyone knew how to create the faded grid background in their website?

    This is the site: http://www.2advanced.com/
Here is the clouds from the flash movie

Does anyone know how to create those clouds and the faded grid?

    Thanks for your help,

    Iceman

    2advanced? Never heard of them.

The clouds were more than likely purchased from motion graphics such as gettyOne (gettyImages) or possible created in a 3D rendering program.

There is no faded grid background (that I see) on their background. It's just a series of 1's and 0's. You make a graphic with 1's and 0's and then create a new layer in which you apply an effect to the layer such as LIGHTEN or DARKEN or SATURATION, etc. to overlay the background itself.

2advanced. Not a bad web site. They must be new.

You must be kidding. Right? 2advanced - they are big and quite from some time on the net....

    About the clouds:
the way I would do it:
    1) use a digital camera to capture a sequence of clouds (2 - 3 slieds would do it - you need a good day for it )
    2) animate them
    3) change alpha and tint to blend with the site
    4) move the layer to the bottom.

    Hope it helps.
