Can fireworks be used in a PS Battle?

How would anyone know you *weren't* using PS?

Because PS creates .psd's and fireworks creates .png's. (I guess PS can do PNG's, too. But, you just don't usually do it like that...)

Fireworks will open .psd's with layers. I do it all the time. The person using Fireworks needs to remember to save the file with psd layers open. That might be interesting to see and might add more volume to this forum.
