Which forum for Database book support questions?

Which is the best forum to ask questions about Kevin Yank's Database book code and instructions?

I just read Chapter 4 "Publishing MySQL Data on the Web" and have no idea how to put the chapter sample files on my website and get them to work. Have I missed something?

(I did put the four files on my website but they don't work.

My ISP, WWW.ACTWD.COM provides phpMyAdmin 2.2.6 web interface access to PHP and MySQL. But I haven't learned how to use it yet.

Where does one go from here.
