    Ben,

I think you have a very polished site here. You have done many things right in terms of usability, design and layout. The only thing I would suggest is the text on your main button be something different. Play now suggests there is a video or something other than learning to play guitar (at least it does to me). This may be something very marginal and may not have much impact but you might be surprised. Something like “get started” or “learn more” seems more appropriate.

    Nice site,

    Best,

    Shawn

Nice site, Ben. I certainly has some promise.

One thing I'd like to see is more consistency with the layout. For example, the Guitar Guide pages are better laid out that the About page—for which the text is much smaller and harder to read.

Things like the tuner page could use a bit more explanation, too. Perhaps on the home page give more of an introduction/explanation of what visitors can do on the site. Things like allowing Flash to access the mic would benefit from some explanation, to reassure users that it's OK etc.

I'd like to learn guitar myself, and enjoyed the video on sitting postions. Good luck with the site.

The loading time is fast, though I'm having problems with my Internet connection this day. I couldn't say it's all bad or it's perfect. But I say your site is well-made and is passable for me.

I am still a student studying web development and this seems to have a lot functionality and features, yet it is simple, clean, easy to navigate. I think it looks great! I still can't get my sites to look or function like this!

This looks great in terms of design & functionality, but I think you can find a better way to have the "1,2,3" tabs on the front page a bit more polished.

    Very nice site. Good Job!
Your content pages especially lessons pages just consist purely of links see if you can add some content like a short description so that there is something for search engines to index. Your PR 5 is great , so if you have some keywords to boot you will rank very well.
    Good Luck!
