I need a little help on a flash header iam designing i want 3/4's of it to be updateble but not a pain in the @ss? Also does anyone know of a program that dynamicly updates flash besides macromedia's billion dollar ware?

text files and xml files are the cheapest ways to update a flash file.
use loadMovie("image.jpg") to update images dynamically in a clip.
