What is the best way to store this?

Hi, I have a quick question...

I am working on this project that requires about 120 different fields to be stored. The only problem is that they are all a couple of paragraphs long. Any ideas on how best to store all of the paragraphs? Maybe in an access db?

I take it you need to pull them back out again, maybe modify them etc? Access "Memo Fields" should work fine.
