Is this too good to be true?

Whenever i make a site i usually look at the google adwords tool to see how many visitors i can expect on a rough basis each month to my site.

Anyway i did keyword search for a keyword last night and it ranks in 500,000 searches per month, 450,000 of them from the uk and it has low competition, so i went and bought an exact match domain. I did a simialr thing with another site a few weeks ago which had a search of 70,000 a month and i'm bring in about 200 users each day from google so far. So basically this seems a bit too good to be true in the sense that a keyword with 500,000 monthly searches is such a low comeptition keyword. Am i missing something?

    Siick,

And you're paying for all those clicks? Did you get any sales from them? IMHO, there is a place for Adwords but you MUST take care with contracting for click-throughs!

We are talking about the exact or broad searches?
