Make flash fill page in mozilla

I'm using a popup window for a Flash chat app, and I have the height and width set as 100% so that it'll fit the window. However, in mozilla, the flash is really small - 100px by 100px, actually. How can I fix that?

Do you have some example HTML?
Also, remember to set the height and width in the embed tags as well as object...

Just looked at that URL and I get 100% x 100% after login.
I couldn't find a popup window.
