ME has a question for de Oracle peoples

I have tried to use oracle server, I downloaded Oracle9i Lite but I dont know how to use it.

I have looked throgh the docs but they all talk of "Mobile Server" and I was wondering if that is what they refer "9i Lite" as being ?
