    CSS Rollovers

    Hi Guys,

in an attempt to keep my site javascript-less, i am trying to find out how i do a text rollover thingy in CSS. i believe i have seen it done before.

    if you look here:-
    http://benwarren.8bit.co.uk/04/index.html

you will see a bit of text that says "www.dubwar.co.uk". and some navigation buttons (i.e. biography | links ...).

what i want to be able to do is when i hover over a one of the navigations links (let's say sounds) that where it says "www.dubwar.co.uk" changes to "sounds" etc etc for each link.

as i say, i'm fairly sure you can do this with CSS, if so can someone please point me in the direction of a tutorial of how to do this ? i've looked for one but with no success.

    thanks in advise,

    Ben

http://www.alistapart.com/stories/taminglists/ will get you on your way. Take their CSS code for the block menu, modify your HTML to look like theirs, and change the CSS to your preferred colors/borders, and you're free to go!
