How does he fade one picture to another ?

I have been fiddling around with the alpha level and i have had little sucsess..

Hope someone can help!

My guess is he set up two layers with one picture on each. The bottom layer is constant and the top has a motion tweened alpha effect going from 0 to 100% then back to 0%.

He'll loop this sequence and just have it cycle thru over and over.

That's my guess anyway.
