Hello...I was wondering what everyone considered as the best resource for learning PHP/MySQL? Books, Internet Sites, Etc.

I am just starting with this area and was wondering where to start.

I personally refer only to the official manual, and have done from about my fourth day learning the language.

I find it has just enough to make it understandable, but not enough to make it a bore.

    Download it at http://www.php.net

Did I miss something or is there somewhere that you can actually find an index for the HTML version of the manual! I go nuts knowing a function name but not being able to find where it is
