    What does this mean?

    Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/tmp\sess_a894e34ae9575b11df12b1b197102a92, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2) in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\db.php on line 8

    Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cookie - headers already sent by (output started at c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\db.php:8) in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\db.php on line 8

    According to phpinfo() register globals and magic quotes are disabled if that has something to do with this.

    Can anyone help?

    You may want to check to see if you actually have a \tmp directory off of your web root directory.

    Open your php.ini and set session.save_path to a folder on your computer, e.g. session.save_path = c:/apache/php/sessions/

    Restart your webserver and all should be fine
