    PHP/Apache & ASP/IIS

It looks l'll be taking the plunge into ASP, and what I need to know from you guys, if it is possible to have both Apache and IIS on the same Windows system?

If so, can both be running at the same time, or must I stop one to run the other?

If this can be done, what potential problems can I expect?

...or you can setup IIS to listen to 127.0.0.1:80 only (is it possible ? ) and Apache at 127.0.0.2:80,
    so httpd.conf will looks like:

    Listen 127.0.0.2:80

then under your hosts file you can set this:
    127.0.0.1 localiis
    127.0.0.2 localapache
    or whatever names you wanted.

I never used IIS but with Apache you can force the http server to listen to a particular ip and/or port.

    THanks,
    :-) Andrea
