ok. I feel like an idiotfor asking but how do I go about getting variables in frames.
i tried using $_GET['name'] but that didn't work so i tried just $name and that wouldn't work.
help would be appreciated.

well...ummm...i really feel stupid now...
apparently i didn't add target="main" to my links and i didn't pay enough attention to realize that the frame in which i clicked in was refreshing because i was looking at the destination frame.
thanks for your help...sorry.![]()
