and where can I get similar fonts from?

The font used is a pixel font...sorry, Im not sure of the name. They are designed to be used on screen at small sizes. They are used often with Flash. Here are some links...

Do a google search on pixel fonts and you will be able to find a ton of great sites with free fonts. I am sure you can find something similar for free.
