Jelsoft, makers of vBulletin, will be releasing a CMS.
I believe SitePoint had plans to release one, but they've been scrapped.





SitePoint offer Editize which is a rich-text editor designed as a replacement for <textarea> fields in CMS'
I am not aware of any plans to release a full CMS though.

And there won't be. Sitepoint decided that making the SP CMS release-ready would drive up the cost of the product too much.
