Simpler BB Software?

I'd like to set up a professional, respectable discussion board for a website I'm working on, but I haven't had much luck finding software that's not full of avatars, smileys, and other "cute" stuff.

Can anyone recommend a nice, clean bulletin board app that would be appropriate for corporate use?

VBulletin or any other popular software will do. Just edit out the stuff you don't want via templates or disable them in the admincp.

You can always disable avatars, and smileys in a board... and for that cute stuff, u can get a corporate template to remove it..... any board can do tht way !
