    Hello,

I have been trying to get the GuestPage (http://free.GuestPage.com) script to work a certain way for over 2 weeks with no success. I would like the "Sign and View" displays to appear as though they are on my web page, similar to the sites used as examples by GuestPage,
    http://star.guestpage.com/view/?id=evilregis
    http://my.guestpage.com/view/?id=espiritu
    http://www.guestpage.com/view/?id=mavisfan

However, it is unclear to me (even after looking at FAQs and the help page on the site) how these Webmasters were able to place the "Sign and View" display as though they are on their web pages. All these pages are being served by GuestPage.

Please look at the GuestBook "sign in" page I created at,
    http://members.nbci.com/jaja111/jj_guestbook.htm
I developed this from a sign page they provide fromthe site, complete with body tags and html tags.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS??? I would rather not place a "will be coming soon" or "under constuction" page where the GuestBook should be, just so I can go ahead and open the site.

    Help somebody, anybody!!!!

    Hi WP,

I took a quick glance at the appropriate pages, and so...

What exactly do you mean? The 'view' & 'sign' gifs? The messages that are already on the page? You seem to have the appropriate code in page -- href guestbook/sign/...id= -- so I'm a little confused.

    Hi Vincent Puglia,

    Thanks for responding.

"GuestPage" provides example pages which are essentially the view page of the guestbook.

    http://star.guestpage.com/view/?id=evilregis
    http://my.guestpage.com/view/?id=espiritu
    http://www.guestpage.com/view/?id=mavisfan

If you click on the "sign" link which is on the "View" page of any of these guestbooks, you are taken to a "sign" page. Clicking the submit button after filling out the form will bring you to a page inside of GuestPage to confirm the information given. Then when you click the confirm button, you are taken to a page which looks just like the "view" page of the original site you began from. That is, this is now the view page again. These Webmasters were able to have the "Sign" and "View" display within their web pages design. All these pages are being served by GuestPage because the web addresses of these pages are from GuestPage.

The "GuestPage" guestbook "sign" page I created is noted below. I developed this from a sign page they provide from the site, complete with body tags and html tags.
    http://members.nbci.com/jaja111/jj_guestbook.htm

I cannot figure out how the Webmasters with these example pages were able to place the "view" aspect of the guestbook on a webpage which looked like their site. If you sign my form, you will be taken into the "GuestPage" site for confirmation. This is similar to the process I outlined above. However, you will not be taken to a page which looks like my site after confirming the information. You are taken to a "View" page on the "GuestPage" site instead.

Appreciate any help you could give,

    WP

    Hi WP,

I'm not certain, but I suspect it is because they are going to "star.guestbook..." and you are going to "free.guestbook...". I'm presuming that the vendor is exercising TANSTAAFL (There ain't no such thing as a free lunch). If I'm wrong, please get back to me/us.
