Since so many of you have really full favorites lists in your web browsers, maybe you could share some of them with us?
In Internet Explorer, you need to go to File, Import and Export, Export Favorites. That will export them to a file which you can then upload and users can view in their web browsers
I'm not sure how to do it in Netscape but hopefully someone here will know
I would post mine but it only has about 5 things in it..I posted this because I'd like to build mine up a bit

    Thanks in advance!

I'd post my favorites, but I don't think anyone would be interested in them. My favorites are made up mostly of document folders and shortcuts to Windows apps. Whenever I have a site that I want to get back to another time, I CTRL + D it but after I check up on it I delete it.

    My top three visited bookmarks:

    http://www.tsr.com
    http://www.sitepointforums.com
    http://www.mail.yahoo.com - just in case I get an e-mail!

There are loads of others though, most are linked to download sites and stuff about old cartoons.

Hehe, me, too. I have dozens of folders with my sites I regularly visit and resource sites I might need in the future bookmarked all alphabetically.

~Marc~ Sometimes it does seem like the web is so small because I start to see the same sites over and over again...start to bookmark a site and realize that I already have!

When I bookmark I change the visible name in Favorites so that I can readily see what they are about -- and yes mine are alpha too! Plus I back them up regularly as I can't even imagine what I would do if I lost my resources.

The best sites that I like are those with lots of resources & links & tips on them -- they don't take me away from the web site as many would think, because I definitely will bookmark it as I know that there are too many things for me to see in just one visit...

I definitely back up my bookmarks. I, like Webkat, have over 2,000 as my work is research based and most of it is on the Internet. At the moment I have about 2 years' worth of research in my bookmarks. Again, I would be unwilling to just share them with anyone, but I am more than happy to look things up for people asking after a particular resource.

I back up religiously once a week (my bookmarks), unfortunately I am not as good when it cones to the rest of my hard drive!

I have a ton, and one of my goals is to go through them and sort them...just have to find the time...and patience.

~~ Those that posted seem to feel that their Favorites are something that they are willing to share with others one at a time when asked but are just not to comfortable to share them to the world via an upload ~

Am not speaking for all the members ~ But for me it is too much like letting everyone read my diary ~

    Guess what i've just done?

I've just pulled the 20 or so favourites off of my work computer (there are more at home), exported them and published them to http://www.steptacular.karoo.net/pop.../bookmark.htm.

This was so I can get to them from anywhere, but hey, have a look if you like.

    Enjoy!

http://www.wizards.com takes you to the main Wizards of the Coast site yes, BUT! and this is a big but, http://www.tsr.com takes you straight to the AD&D page, which is the section i'm most interested in.
