IE 6 text sometimes doesn't appear
This is strange as it doesn't always happen. Sometimes when viewing http://www.scottishclimbs.com/aboutus.php not all of the text appears on the page! If I select the text (that's invisible if you like) it sometimes appears and stays there. Not sure if I've described this very well.
There is no dynamic content on the page and this has happened on a few computers with IE6. Does this happen to anyone else? Any idea what's going on?
Edit: forgot to say this also happens on http://www.scottishclimbs.com/videos.php but not really on other pages on the site.

That's strange too.
My pages were hand-coded so I'm not sure what's wrong.

i think - but unfortunately don't have the time right now to verify - that this may be caused by IE6's attempt at inheritance of CSS styles. i've had some bizarre issues with the size of list item images in IE6, which were randomly resized to match the font size of the list, but sometimes flipped around in size when moving over links contained there with the mouse...
i had to jiggle all my CSS around to make sure there was a very straightforward inheritance that IE6 didn't just "discover" and act on once you remind it by moving the mouse over there, selecting some text, etc...
hope the above made some kind of sense. my advice: try changing the CSS, maybe be a bit more explicit in setting sizes, colours, etc, even when inheritance should take care of those things...re·dux (adj.): brought back; returned. used postpositively

Nice one. I'll have a play when I get a chance.
Any other ideas out there?
