Need to Identify These Fonts

Can anyone help me identify the 2 fonts used in the screenshot via the link below:

NOTE: I've removed the image from my Web Site as well as the link

I've found a few close ones on my system but as it's someone's logo, I have to be right on the money. Then I've have to hope that the fonts are freeware!
