Question Which WYSIWYG CMS is BEST for Website Migration? Move existing site into editor

I really need HELP for this client I have.

I need to move a website that I created for a client into a CMS with a WYSIWYG editor. So the client can add and edit content without knowing HTML code. The challenge is that the client wants the website to look exactly the same and be able to edit it but doesn't know html.

Which CMS will allow me to migrate the current website files into its WYSIWYG editor?

Another option is that maybe a CMS has a template or theme that looks similar to the current website layout.

I agree... I've done this many times for clients who have existing sites but want to manage them, themselves.
