having problems looping.

I have 3 layers

layer 1 wants to play from frame 3 to 70, then loop from 65 to 70

layer 2 and 3 want to play from 3 to 120, then loop from 3 to 120

i tried putting seperate actionscript gotos inside each movie clip, but the main timeline wont recognize them.

how do i get the main timeline to have 2 seperate looping movieclips at different looping times?
