growth is weird
my forums even though gains on average 10 new members a day never really sees an increase in daily post counts. For three years I've been averaging 400 new posts a day. Also I can't seem to crack the average of 20 ppl on at any given time.

usually a lot of people just sign up to see one part then leave and forget everything completely. On my site, of the 44 members, only about 10 are active. The rest have probably forgotten about the site.

I have thousands of members on my forums who sign up and never post. I have no idea why - membership isn't required to read messages - but apparently people like to "belong" even if they don't participate.

Sounds fine to me - and don't wish for too much, or you'll end up needing to pay for a dedicated server.

it's normal, some people like to read, and got
more access (like cp) viewing images, so they
register.
some guys say that they don't get any
topic that suit them (so moderator/admin)
should open some interesting topics to make them
post
some say that they haven't got their email
activation so they can't posts..
