    Search Engines

I'm looking for a good product or service for searching. I've used Fluid Dynamics, but my site was too large for it.

I'm looking for something that can handle several thousand pages including dynamic pages.

    Any advice would be great.

    Thanks

Yes, there are dozens. But I'm hoping someone can tell me about their experiences with a particular product.

If you are looking for a very powerful search engine, you better look for C/C++ and SQL instead of PHP and Mysql.

I use fluid dynamics one. What do you mean by your site is too big for it? Do you have restrictions (ie. size, db).

It indexed about 10,000 pages on my site and when doing a search it was extremely slow--over 30 seconds for the results.
