Is there are way to reference a named <iframe> using Javascript? I want to be able to direct content to an iframe using a drop-down menu.

IFRAMES are very useful not just online. See my site here http://members.aol.com/nickjc67/deskbro.htm for a discussion of how to use them.

Problem solved. I had document.frame[] instead of document.frames[]. the spelling errors always get you.
