I'm looking for a Document management system Plugin for Wordpress. Happy to pay.

I need to be able to allow users to upload files, password protect files and assign files to categories.

So far I have found:
WP Document Revisions
WP-Filebase Pro
Groups File Access WordPress Plugin
WP-DownloadManager

I would be grateful for any other recommendations.
