ValueClick CTR jumping. See my Stat, what's happen?

Hello guys. We have detected jumping of ValueClick CTR. See my October stat: http://www.richmediasolutions.com/value_ctr/
We detected slow CTR range from 10 to 14 oct.
Can somebody explain me, why it happened?

I don't use ValueClick, I use Amazing Media but I experience the same phenomenon.

I think its because at certain times of the month, when Amazing Media run out of banners to show, they just show their default banners, which interests very few people. Resulting in less clicks.

There could be lots of reasons though. Maybe they had a problem with their banners serving / click recording software.

Have you contacted them about it?
