If by uncola, you mean water, then water.
If you meant Sprite vs. Coke, they are both basically water with corn surup, probably not much difference aside from the caffeine.

lol.
cola's contain caffeine, which in turn increases the production of cortisol in the blood stream (also attributed to stress). Since you're 'stressed', your cells start accumulating fats and sugars, more than they need since it thinks you're stressed and will probably need those fats. Also, cortisol is highly toxic to brain cells.
So yes, uncola is better

In Canada only 'Cola' drinks are allows caffeine - like Mountain Dew is uncola here, but supposedly cola in the States
I haven't had any caffeine in my life![]()

Have a couple of cans of cola every week. Go to the gym every day. Eat a balanced diet. Don't worry about it.

plus, caffeine is a diuretic drug - leading to dehydration.

It's not exactly a drink, but a juicy orange is very satisfying.
Forgot to add: I tried drinking some grape soda a few days ago. Yuck! The stuff tasted like syrup. I couldn't take anymore after drinking 1/2 a can, and if I try it again I will water it down.

hehe it IS syrup. It's grape juice concentrate (not really grape) mixed with carbonated also known as sparkling water.

Yeah. I like grapes (almost always have some in the fridge), but it was just so fake and over the top sugary. It's hard to believe that I drank the stuff when I was younger.
I'm currently (read: always) trying to cut back on caffeinated beverages in my daily life, and just use them when I need a quick "pickup". Now going too well, though - coffee is too goooood.

hey - I make mmy own grape pop - in late summer, you can pick all the wild Concord grapes you can handle (providing the weather cooperates) along the Old Post Road in southern Rhode Island - one year I picked 200 lbs![]()
these were originally domesticated vines cultivated along the stone walls bordering many farms in the areafun and easy - (the aroma is intoxicating - in fact, a good way to locate a promising patch if yer on a side road is to drive along slowly drawing in big sniffsGrapes grew wild in New England and were a beauty accessory for most front porches. Wild grapes grew abundantly, but could be bitter, sour or have tough skins. A friend of Thoreau’s (of Walden fame), Ephraim Bull of Concord, Massachusetts, developed a better grape from wild grape cuttings. Can you guess the name? Right-Concord! The Concord became the most popular grape variety of its time. In fact, a dentist in Vineland, New Jersey became famous for his “Dr.Welch’s Unfermented Wine,” which you know as Welch’s grape juice. - http://www.usfoodservice.com/service.../article7.html) - just pick 'em and cook 'em down along the lines indicated to create the juice in this recipe - you wanna let the stuff sit overnight (I use glass quart jars) to allow impurities to settle out - once it's cooked, you need to keep it refrigerated - (guess I should amend that page)
then I add carbonated water and sweeten to taste - incredibly delicious, refreshing, and real good for ya - reverses atherosclerotic plaque, contains lot of vitamin C, bioflavanoids, and ... pycnogenol, a powerful antioxidant found only in grape seeds
Concord grapes, cranberries, and blueberries are the only three major fruits native to North America
you can also make wine and brandy from the juice :homer_drool:

ooo! there's a healthy drink for ya
thanks for the tip...you got me wanting to make my own now
hey! maybe you can market it
who knows?
