I want my titlebar back!

I just recently reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled my programs. Now my titlebar seems to have disappeared from all of my windows programs (including windows itself!) . It doesn't appear on any web pages I browse or any documents that I open. How do I get it back?

Mmh. Nevermind.. Must have been a RAM thing. I shut everything completely down (rather than just restarting) and that seemed to do the trick.

Naw naw, it's worse when you open PS, and the only things you can see are the toolbars and pallettes... That's freaky (and your currently open document)...

You can see THROUGH the program... Totally threw me for a loop the first time
