    I designed a webpage in Photoshop. I would like to know how to export it out to html.

    Photoshop does not make webpages. What I do is create a layout in PS, then crop out the images and background I need and use a html editor to make the webpage.

    korrupt:
    .PSD files can be pretty large, but the size is irrelevant to wether you can make a webpage out of it or not.

    Using photoshop to create an 'interface' is easy, and that 1.5MB, once exported to gif images will be much smaller. Simply design you interface in Photoshop, places guidelines where you want the image 'sliced' then export to Imageready. You can then 'slice' your image up based on the guidelines and export as both the html and the individual images that make it up.

    1.5mb is normal for a 72dpi document that size! As for saying Photoshop does not make webpages. Sure it does, use the splice tool to slice your image and the go to File, Save for Web. This will export HTML and images.
