Is the a Sitepoint mobile app I can use on my android phone?
If I'm not mistaken there is an app called Tapatalk, which although not SitePoint specific, is an application for the easy handling of web bulletin boards (for example vBulletin and phpBB).

At this stage there isn't an app but it is certainly something feasible. We're currently undergoing a site redesign which will at the very least be a responsive design.
Don't know if this is what you mean, but I've just been trying Skimr for viewing SitePoint's feed and it's pretty nice:
