Can anyone tell me how I can add a radio station to our site. I do not want to use the free sites that are out there because they have all their advertisments placed. Is there a software for this (like they have for chat and message boards to add) that we can purchase and integrate into our site? Any advise is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you all in advance.

    Simone,

Do you want to stream the music from your computers or do you want to have it served up by a third-party company?

I got RealStreamer G3 (or something like that ) from RealNetworks and it has an easy step by step wizard to get your radio or MP3 files streaed on the net.
    I highly recommend it

If cost is the issue, you could always http stream some real audio files (not really true streaming though).

Check out Sticky Tools. They have a free java radio player that weighs in at under 15K, has a decent interface. I didn't see any advertisements either.

    I never said that....

I said most Java applets were bloated and worthless and could be better implemented using Javascript and CSS.

In this case, a 15K applet is better than requiring the user to have a 4-8 megabyte program installed on their machine.
