    Hello,

Does somebody know how to hide the information that's passed in a Url please?

    So instead of:

    http://www.sitepointforums.com/newth...read&forumid=4

    the url will state only:

    http://www.sitepointforums.com

...and the other vaiables will still be passed, except that they can't be seen by the user.

Hidden fields I know of already, but these still show the variables and their values when the user 'views source'.

Putting variables in the form action I know of already, but this doesn't solve the problem for links.

Thanks, if anybody knows, if it's possible.

    All the best,

    Jason

Who are you actually trying to hide the variables from? You might want to consider using cookies...
